Please note:

Do not heat liquids or food directly in the mug to avoid damaging the coating.

The Enamel Mug may develop stains when used with certain beverages such as coffee, tea, and natural juices. To remove stains, apply lemon juice or soda to the affected area and gently scrub with a hard sponge.

Minor imperfections may occur due to the unique manufacturing process of enamel products, including slight bumps and dents without enamel loss, black dots less than 1mm on the mug and handle, and an inhomogeneous white coating on the cup and handle. These are normal and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
