We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless there’s a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.
If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss the issue. Please include the order number, a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 14 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.
Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misinterpretations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
