We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless there’s a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.

If you believe we have made a mistake or there is a fault, please contact us at to discuss the issue. Please include the order number, a photo and description of the fault and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Product faults reported 14 days after dispatch can only be replaced and not refunded.

Please note that we will not accept responsibility for any errors or misin­ter­pre­tations if they were present in the proof and not flagged by yourselves prior to production.
