Order Process
Creating Products
Before you can start ordering, you must create products.
Choose a product, upload your design and select the 'Create product' button. You will be able to find all your products in your profile right here.
The Design Tool
Our design tool has several functions.
You can view all the different printing methods and printing positions available for customisation; this differs from garment to garment. You can also see the size of the design area.
Your design may include several images and text for each position, but everything must be within the boundary line.
The toolbar provides 6 tools:
a) Upload an image (see artwork requirements here).
b) Use an existing design
c) Text editor
d) View a mockup of your design.
e) Download the mockup
f) Removes all of the designs currently applied to the position you are viewing.
When you are done designing, you can click Create product and save it to your Profile, or you can just Add to basket if you don’t wish to have it saved or just want to order a sample.
Please note that your orders will only be processed once they are paid. Unpaid orders won't be taken into production.
Order cancelling
For orders that are already marked as paid, you will need to send the team an email with the order number (the easiest option is to reply to the order confirmation email with your request). If we receive your request within the same working day we may be able to cancel the order, though this is not guaranteed.
