Inside neck labels

You can add inside neck labels to several products on our website. We use the label that you’ve uploaded to your Brands page. 

Since this neck label is going to be printed (DTG), please upload it in the same quality (300ppi PNG in RGB) as any other design/artwork on this website.

The maximum printing size for a label is 5 x 5 cm for adult clothing, and 4 x 4 cm for kids’ clothing.

If your file is larger than that it'll be printed to the maximum size possible. The label will always be printed to the size that you've uploaded, so if you want a label at 3 x 3 cm, just upload it at this size to your account. Please note that the smaller your label is, the less visible and harder to read it will be. You can always contact us and send over your file, and our team will check if your file is printable.

The details we recommend you include in your label are:

• Garment size (S,M,L etc)

• Fabric composition (i.e. 100% cotton)

• Care instructions (Wash at 30, inside out. Do not tumble dry, do not iron directly over the print)

Please remember that we can't print black on black, or white on white, so make sure you create various labels for such cases. There are no previews of each label that you upload, so naming each individual label to something that you will recognise easily is important.

You must select the Label option before you export the product to your store, otherwise the label won’t be added. If you already have a product created but you would like to add a label, you will have to create a new product.

The price of a branded neck label is 2€ + VAT. You can expect the production of your product to take up to 1 work day longer.
