Delivery & Order Tracking
We use weight-based shipping.
Styria Shirts’ dropshipping service uses weight-based shipping. This is so that we can calculate the cost to you based on the approximate weight of the garments in your orders.
Please note that these are not actual weight values, but 'points' attributed based on the weight and size of each product type. These points allow you to calculate the shipping rates for your order.
Styria Shirt is not responsible for any customs fees, your customers will be required to pay directly any customs charges that their order may incur upon its arrival at the destination country.
Tracking
All parcels (with the exception of parcels shipped to Slovenia) will be delivered with Asendia. You can track you them here: https://tracking.asendia.com/*
*Please be advised that for deliveries to certain non-EU countries where tracking for parcels is either not permitted or unavailable through Asendia, your orders will be dispatched as standard untracked shipments.

Packaging
All items are shipped in plain bags/boxes without any Styria Shirts branding.
Upon request, we can add a customized packing slip, stickers and other personalized items with your own branding to your packages! Contact us at info@styriashirts.eu.
The production of your orders takes 1-5 working days. This does not include the day that your order is paid.
Please note that all shipments outside EU may be subject to customs fees and duty upon entry. These fees may vary and are the customer's responsibility. It is best to obtain information on the different conditions from customs.
Additionally, shipping companies are experiencing a complicated period due to the covid-19 pandemic. Delays are possible with all deliveries.
Pricing
The shipping price depends on the weight of the ordered products. We use Asendia to send items all over the world and DPD for shipments to Slovenia. All prices are subject to VAT.
