What if an order doesn’t arrive by Christmas?
While we work hard to meet each courier’s holiday cut-off dates, we can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas once the package leaves our facility. After shipment, delivery times are out of our control.
Are there specific products I can choose for faster delivery?
We recommend ordering from our Best Sellers section. These items are more likely to be in stock directly in our warehouse, minimizing delays from external suppliers who may be affected by peak season demand. Contact us if you wish to learn about the availability of a specific item.
How should I use this information to inform my customers?
Consider setting up a dedicated “last order dates” page on your e-commerce site using the dates provided as a reference. If you have an email list, it’s also a good idea to send a reminder to let customers know when they should place orders for timely Christmas delivery.
What if I place an order after the date listed in the article?
You can expect your order to be shipped after Christmas and New Years', at the beginning of 2026.
Important dates for our holiday closure:
Please note that as Christmas approaches, our production factory and offices will briefly shut down. During this period, you can continue to place orders through our website and e-commerce stores, but order fulfillment will resume only when our services fully restart on January 5th 2026.
